Professional quality HDR photographs, HDR aerial photography and HD video are now a MUST when marketing your home to potential Buyers on the internet.  I offer all of this!  When you list your home with me, air shots, HD video and when appropriate, a community lifestyle video, are part of my typical marketing campaign - it is, I believe, a necessary ingredient for properly presenting a home, selling a community and making a sale - my seller clients all agree - and buyers have told me time and time again that without ample numbers of photos and a premium display, they feel that the seller and listing agent are hiding something. 


My photos take time and effort, but the payback for my clients makes it well worth it.  Great photos and HD video increase can increase exposure to potential Buyers by over 40%.

My camera investment is not cheap!  Included in my camera arsenal is a Phantom 4 Pro drone by DJI with every accessory, a professional Canon C100 cinema camera, a Nikon D7100 DSLR, plus high end lenses for the C100 and Nikon!  I am on a Mac computer, set up appropriately for editing photos and video with professional software.  I know how to use the software to create compelling listings!  So, say good-bye to grainy, dark photos... say hello to HDR!

When you list your home with me, your property will be advertised on various national real estate sites.  I have my listings syndicated to the high traffic national websites that potential buyers use to find homes.  Additionally, I subscribe and pay for special listing services through many of these sites, to showcases my listings.  My listings feed out to thousands of websites.


I have a routine that I try to keep every day...some people exercise first thing in the morning, I advertise.  Some people exercise before they go to bed, I advertise.  I advertise on well-known, high traffic websites and social media sites for mass exposure, and some not-so-well known sites that target specialized buyers.  I advertise my listings consistently, in Southern Maryland areas, Nationally and internationally!  


With a background in statistics and economics, I understand the market and where to maximize exposure to segments of potential buyers for your unique property, whether it is a starter-home, waterfront property, horse property, farm, commercial opportunity, etc.  I utilize on-line advertising to increase exposure of my clients' homes to potential buyers. Feedback & Showing Response

Through use of a computer automated showings service, showings and feedback response are entered, logged and maintained.  The system tracks buyers' agents who show your property and the system sends email requests with a survey ,to these agents for feedback. The survey touches on price, condition and if the potential buyer is interested in the property, or the reason that they are not interested.  This is a very useful tool.
